Alejandro Bertomeo started working at Bryden Wood mid-February 2018 as a Solidworks Modeller.
He is in the process of completing his Masters in Industrial Engineering degree. He started his professional career in the automotive industry and then move to the aerospace industry, more specifically in the department of Composites Material of Airbus Group in Getafe, Spain.
He lived in Montreal, Canada for a year, completing his university degree in McGill. He moved from his hometown, Madrid to Barcelona so he is excited about getting to know his new city, company and teammates. He is interested in the modelling of components as well as assemblies, the Finite Element Analysis, project management as well as everything related to engineering or business.
He is currently working on the Vimto Garden project. The objective is to model and simulate using Solidworks the GRC, Glass Reinforced Concrete, panels of the four buildings, doing this will ensure the integrity and the behaviour of the panels.
