Sergio joined Bryden Wood in September 2017. He completed his Master’s degree in architecture in 2014 in the University of the Basque Country in San Sebastian, Spain.

He is interested in achieving an accurate architectural design that matches the concept of the project and technical requirements. Sergio is concerned about the development of the construction detailing and its relationship with user comfort and energy efficiency. He is a certified Passive House Designer.

Previously, in Spain, he collaborated with the University in the international competition of energy efficient solar houses, 'Solar Decathlon Europe', and he gained experience in several offices developing mainly residential projects along different stages of design and construction.

Within Bryden Wood he has worked on projects such as the Florida beach house, a factory for GSK and the expansion phase of Circle Birmingham hospital-Rehab in which he applied his experience in BIM modelling.
