Teresa is an ARB registered architect who joined Bryden Wood in May 2019.

After finishing her Master’s degree in Architecture and her Diploma in Planning and Urban Development at the ETSAUN (Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura at the University of Navarra), she worked for some years in Spain.

She moved to London in 2015 and before joining Bryden Wood worked for two small architectural practices where she was involved in residential schemes, ranging from home extensions in West London to a major residential development scheme in East London. She gained experience working directly with clients, contractors and other consultants to coordinate projects at all stages.

When Teresa joined Bryden Wood, she started working on Plot R1 of the residential development in Sugar House Island and later with a design guardian role for a storage building for the Johnson Matthey refinery. Most recently, she has worked on a data centre project in Madrid and a logistics building in Scotland, where she learned the principles of DfMA.

Due to her experience in technical stages, she is currently developing the design of the envelope of a healthcare project in London.
