JOB DESCRIPTION

Bryden Wood is recruiting for Graduate Structural Engineers to join their office in London. This is an opportunity for ambitious and highly capable Graduate Structural Engineers with minimum or no experience required to join our multi-discipline team on fantastic projects throughout Europe. The sectors will include aviation, leisure facilities, residential, data centre, mixed-use development, pharmaceutical, and UK government projects.

Our projects often involve special bespoke solutions and the development of full new building systems. Experience with special solutions in prefabrication is a big advantage but at least an open mind for unusual solutions and willingness to learn are a must.

Our talented team brings together architects, engineers, and product designers, together with BIM modelers, building analysts, and mathematical modelers at our central London office.

Key Skill:

  • Knowledgeable of Eurocodes and relevant International Design standards
  • Excellent communications skills in English both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of designing steel and concrete structures.
  • Knowledge designing foundations.
  • Knowledge of BIM packages.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of an effective team.
  • Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
