Daniel started his career as a Building Services Engineer in 2006 as a Trainee at Faber Maunsell/AECOM; a multi-national engineering consultancy.

Prior to this, he worked as a Building Services Installation and Maintenance Engineer, working on various projects; commercial, financial, studios, exhibition centres, gyms, hotels, and airside at airports as an Engineer.

Almost 10 years working as a consultant at FaberMaunsell/AECOM gave Daniel vast design exposure in commercial, healthcare, educational, laboratories, hotels and other specialist properties at all stages of design; conceptual, construction phase, commissioning and post-occupancy.

Prior to joining Bryden Wood Daniel worked for a niche engineering consultancy specializing in high-end residential and bespoke commercial projects. These projects were often of great prestige and historical significance, listed properties and/or designed to meet stringent local planning requirements.

Experienced in feasibility studies and the installation of best-fit renewable/LZC services, pre-& post-occupancy surveys including lifecycle & condition reporting, plant replacement & cost forecasting. Confident in providing advice and designs to reduce the carbon-footprint and building running costs.

He has worked to design building services on a global scale and has knowledge of the varying requirements within the worldwide industry.
