In 2023, Karolina joined Bryden Wood's Barcelona team as an Associate, to enhance MEP BIM delivery primarily on data centre projects. Karolina brings with her a wealth of experience accumulated over a successful career within the UK where she resided for 15 years, prior to her relocation to Spain.
Karolina's journey in the AEC industry has taught her the significance of effective communication and the transformative power of automation, particularly on large-scale projects. In her role, she streamlines communication and data sharing through digital platforms.
Karolina's professional journey has been marked by rapid professional growth, progressing from drawing annotation and tagging systems to 3D modelling, coordination, clash detection, model setup, model/COBie auditing and management, and, eventually, to setting-up BIM documentations, strategies and managing resources on BIM projects.
She is well-equipped to provide guidance to clients and project teams, and her contributions have played a pivotal role in securing bids on numerous projects across the span of her career.
Karolina holds a master’s degree in Advanced Construction Technology & BIM.
