Matteo joined Bryden Wood in 2018 from EAT LTD, where he worked as an IT Field Engineer.

He provided both onsite and remote technical support to the company’s shops located in London and in other parts of the country. Having been exposed to a wide variety of technologies, he can play a key role in diagnosing and tackling hardware and software issues, and is able to easily adopt new tools and processes.

Matteo is a self-motivated and professional IT enthusiast always eager to improve both personally and professionally, combining strong analytical and organisational skills.

Matteo is currently acting as first point of contact for Bryden Wood employees and guest clients for IT support within the organization. This includes diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all software and hardware (including but not limited to PC’s, servers and printers) to ensure optimal performance.

His aim is to acquire a thorough understanding of network technologies, server administration and security.
