Dublin Data Centre Campus
A 34MW, three-building data centre campus on the outskirts of Dublin – designed within strict planning constraints on height and massing, and delivered on programme using Bryden Wood's proven Reference Design.
The Forge
The Forge is the UK's first net-zero carbon commercial building and the first major project delivered using Bryden Wood's P-DfMA methodology – proving that reduced carbon, lower cost, and faster programme are not a trade-off.
Milan Data Centre Campus
Bryden Wood is delivering one of Italy's largest data centre campuses – a 52MW programme combining a proven Reference Design with careful localisation for the Italian market, from masterplanning to construction.
FujiFilm Project Newton
Bryden Wood led laboratory planning, MEP strategy, and integrated design for Project Newton – a 10,000 m² greenfield facility at FujiFilm Diosynth Biotechnologies' Billingham site, completed in 2025 as part of a £400 million UK investment programme, supporting four drug modalities within a single future-ready building.
Madrid Data Centre Campus
Bryden Wood's Madrid office delivered a 24MW, two-building data centre campus in Alcobendas in 2025 – using a proven Reference Design, prefabricated components, and full Dirección Facultativa accountability to navigate one of Europe's most demanding regulatory environments.
New Hospitals Programme
Bryden Wood developed Hospital 2.0 – a standard model for 40 new hospitals across the UK – for NHS England's New Hospitals Programme. Built on Modern Methods of Construction, the model delivers up to 25% cost reduction and 20% programme reduction against traditional approaches, as estimated by the National Audit Office.
St George’s Health and Wellbeing Hub
Bryden Wood designed and engineered St George's Health and Wellbeing Hub in Havering – the first example of a new model of integrated NHS care, bringing eight services together under one roof to reduce hospital admissions and improve outcomes for patients.
Pfizer Singapore
Bryden Wood was appointed to optimise one building. The analysis changed how Pfizer thought about the whole facility. That is what happens when you apply Chip Thinking at the earliest stage of design – the benefits don't stay in the building you started with.
Life Science Strategic Investment Planning
Bryden Wood developed long-range strategic investment plans for a major global pharmaceutical company – aligning site data, visualising flows, and building a shared vision across multiple manufacturing sites, validated through stochastic modelling.
igus Phase 8
Bryden Wood has been designing the igus campus in Cologne since the 1990s – Phase 8 is the eighth addition, delivering 20,000 m² of column-free manufacturing space with 136 GRP roofdomes and a rooftop photovoltaic array, completed in 2025.
Circle Birmingham Hospital
Bryden Wood designed and engineered Circle Birmingham Hospital – an award-winning facility in Edgbaston that achieved a 30% cost saving per sqm against the NHS Midlands benchmark, without compromising on clinical quality or patient experience.Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet
London Data Centre Campus
Bryden Wood delivered a £102 million, 21MW data centre facility in London – managing the full project lifecycle from RIBA Stage 0 through to operation, and adapting an evolving client Reference Design to achieve exceptional power yield on one of the most constrained sites the team has encountered.
Johnson Matthey Refinery
Bryden Wood delivered the 3rd Century Refining facility at Johnson Matthey's Royston site in 2022 – replacing a metals refinery that had been running since the 1960s, on a constrained active operational site, with infrastructure designed to distribute 24 different gases, acids, and reagents across five levels.
GSK Attachment Inhibitor
Bryden Wood delivered the GSK Attachment Inhibitor facility in Parma, Italy – a 10,000 ft² NPI facility built and commissioned in 15 months from groundbreaking to handover, with zero reportable safety incidents, winning the ISPE Facility of the Year Award for Social Impact in 2020.
Churchwood Gardens
A south London site hidden behind Victorian terraces, with a history of failed planning applications. Bryden Wood designed nine cedar-clad pavilions around a central garden for Loromah Estates — and every one of the 71 homes was let within two weeks of completion.
Elizabeth Line Station Cladding
Bryden Wood designed the tunnel cladding system for Tottenham Court Road and Liverpool Street stations on the Elizabeth Line – 23,000 GFRC panels installed using an entirely digital, zero-tolerance workflow, contributing to the project winning the 2024 Stirling Prize.
Circle Hospital Reading
Bryden Wood worked with Circle Health to design a new elective surgery hospital in Reading – and in doing so developed the 'HP Way', a proprietary framework for delivering efficient, low-carbon private hospital facilities through Design for Manufacture and Assembly.
Beach Shack
A 975 m² private residence on the Florida coast – designed around the client's industrial background, with a hydraulic staircase, a precast concrete double-skin western façade, and deep eastern cantilevers reaching towards the ocean. AIA Jacksonville Award of Excellence, 2019.
